CREATION POLICY
Many of my products are handmade. I create small batches with the intent to have ready to ship products on hand. If a custom order is created, some items such as FMJ cloth pads, towels, and wet mats take approximately 3-5 business days to complete. Hand adorned items such as wet bags are often ready to ship within 1-3 days. If there are any changes or updates to this policy, I will promptly notify you.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please check your order for accuracy prior to check out. Returns and Exchanges are not accepted for cloth pads, towels, wipes, wet mats, wet bags and bedding accessories. I would never resell a product that is used for hygienic purposes to preserve the safety and integrity of FMJ products. I strive to provide quality products. If there is a question or concern about a product, please contact me within 7 business days to discuss your needs.

SHIPPING POLICY
Upon receiving, creating, and reviewing your order, I will promptly send your order to ship via USPS or UPS unless specified by you. You will be updated when your package has been delivered to the shipping service. A tracking id number will be provided to you to help locate your order on its journey. Fear Meets Joy is not responsible for lost or stolen orders. Shipping dates and times are set by the shipping agency. Orders $100 or more will require a signature upon delivery to help protect you as well as help FMJ know when your order has arrived. If your order is $100, please allow someone 18 years of age or older to be available to receive your order. Thank you.
